IN-HOME CONSULTATION DESIGN AND ESTIMATE CONTRACT
A contract will be customized to your project with a budget breakdown and projected timeline.
Various permits are required for community HOA. HOA approval meetings are held monthly. We will help you through this process prior to construction. Some HOA’S provide a “rush” approval if requested.
In this phase, our team of highly skilled and experienced sub-contractors will excavate the area in your backyard for your pool/spa and perform any necessary fence removal. We will install a safety fence in its place.
REBAR & PRE-PLUMBING
We will install the reinforcing steel (rebar) and perform all the necessary pre-plumbing.
Your Pool/Spa will be professionally sprayed with a concrete substance “Gunite”.
Tile, Coping, Rock Features. This phase of masonry work is where customized features of your Pool/Spa come to life. Any accessories such as fire features and waterfalls will be built in this phase.
INSTALL POOL EQUIPMENT / PLUMBING
Our plumber will install all necessary pool equipment.
ELECTRICAL HOOK UP
A licensed electrician specializing in pools will complete the work by connecting the pool equipment. If an upgrade to the electric is needed to power the equipment or more power needs to be brought from the main panel to the pool pad, this electrician is qualified to do it.
Decking options can include:
- “spray deck”
- tea gravel
PEBBLE TEC / PLASTER
This is our FINAL STEP in construction!
Normal fill-up can take up to 24 hrs. depending on size.
